I love shopping at this boutique! The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. They have so much beautiful merchandise to look through and try on. It’s such a pleasure to be able to actually try on clothes instead of ordering online. I always leave with something special. Every visit is relaxing, and a bright spot in my day!

Great shop! Love the layout of the store and the fashionable items they carry! Friendly staff- shop online and pick up in store is great! And easy- they even let someone else pick it up for me! Be sure to shop local at this store is lovely!

Perhaps one of the more fashionable/trendy clothing and accessory shops in the Vancouver area. Very helpful and friendly sales team. Very nice boutique. They now let you try on clothes, which made my wife quite happy since most pants are too short for her.

The Willows is my go-to boutique for easy to wear clothing. Great variety, great quality! Love that there’s always new items coming in! I get so many compliments on my Willows outfits! Love shopping local. AND their staff is amazing!!!

Clean, classy, and cool. They have a nice selection of clothes that look casual yet high-quality, a lot of which are sold at fair prices. The atmosphere of the store is stylish, with employees who are a balanced mixture of friendly and aloof, which gives you some space to shop in peace. The store is organized well and it's easy to look around for potential buys. I found a great tan bomber jacket that I fell in love with at first sight and bought happily.
